Own the Core Banking Solution (CBS) product end-to-end for a cooperative-banking client, from architecture and delivery to client and BA collaboration on requirements, BRDs, and SOPs.
Lead a cross-functional team spanning frontend, backend (Java), and QA while managing production support, feature rollout, and JIRA-based sprint workflows.
Set up automated CI/CD deployment pipelines with Jenkins and SonarQube-driven quality gates, while coordinating AWS provisioning for multiple modules and high-availability infrastructure.
Optimized PostgreSQL query performance, improved transaction idempotency and concurrency handling, and reduced commission-distribution processing time by 30%.
Expanded the HRMS platform to 5 additional clients and explored AI-driven live support for the ticketing system.

Built and delivered key modules for an EdTech LMS platform, including course management, staff/admin dashboards, and exam workflows with MCQ and text-based evaluation.
Architected the HRMS platform from scratch using Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB, guiding backend structure and frontend ownership for a 4-member team.
Gathered requirements directly from fintech stakeholders and built the CBS frontend end-to-end using React.js, custom hooks, Context API, and Redux for dynamic forms and transaction workflows.
Redesigned the onboarding journey to cut customer onboarding time from 3-4 hours to 15-20 minutes through multi-step forms and a Java Spring backend integration.
